The Key to Dealing with Death

Death in general is a topic which is very touchy; you have to tread ever so lightly in order to not trigger the wrong emotions. However, death also opens many questions such as: What Happens when we Die? Is there life after death? The list goes on and on. It is something that really hits nerves when we speak about it. Here are a few ways you can cope slightly better and look at it as something which is a natural cycle.Einstein Life and Death

Death is Unknown

In a short sense, we have no clue what happens when we die. There are so many theories which you can fall back on, but the reality is, it is a journey into the unknown. Life also has so many of these times where you have to step into something new and unknown, but when you think about living, it is about taking risks. Things that are foreign to us are very intimidating, yet we don’t understand why they are, since they are unknown to us. This key is to accept the fact that it does happen, yes it is scary, but it is so just because we don’t know what happens. You have to make sure you are rational and step back and understand we are afraid because we don’t know.

Life after Death

It is a very popular theory that when we do die, we come back as something/someone else or we live in a world strictly for the dead. This gives us hope that something does happen, even if we do not know that anything actually does. It will give a sort of relief knowing that something greater will be happening. This method of coping actually helps so many of you when it comes to dealing with a recent loss of someone dear to you. This helps tremendously in the process of grief, yes we don’t know if it is true, but the sheer belief that something like this happens, will help you in moving forward with your life.

Living for the Now

Death is definitely something that is inevitable; there is no way to avoid it (for now until technology comes further down the line, a whole other discussion there). Life is very precious, and we have to make sure that we live for the now, rather than fearing what happens in the future. Life is full of times where you do not know what will happen tomorrow, but today helps shape what happens tomorrow. You know to live a life that you have dreamed of, and you will not have any regrets. Just like I said you should

What to Take Away?

We have to realize that anything to do with death is a hard topic. There are many ways to think about it, we are all different. You just have to make sure you keep your mind free and clear and you will be able to approach anything logically. Emotions are the most amazing thing about human beings, but sometimes we have to keep them under wraps so we can think.
