Fix Life, Face Fears, The First Step?

It’s difficult to follow through with all your obligations when you are exhausted, sad or simply sick.

The more you slow down working, the worse you feel, the less motivation you have…. not easy right? Sometimes I think that we keep some things, situations, reflections or emotions in our mind that don’t let us have our consciousness clean or calm. That call you never did, that work you moved aside, that help you didn’t bring… you know what I’m talking about.

When I can’t find the source of my exhaustion or  sadness, I like to reverse and pay attention to all the things I haven’t done properly or that keep me worried. And guess what, I always find some. Even when I’m always trying to do things right and improve myself. We all have that shadows in our mind.

So I stop, go back, and find the cause. Because there’s always a reason of your drowning. To be successful (and not only in business, but with your family, friends, home, self-love…) first you have to clean your way. Guilt will stop your steps and get your thoughts dirt. Those are the worst ghosts to face. The ones you feel guilty for. I’ve always thought that guilt is the worst disease for your soul.

The worst.

It paralyzes, hypnotizes and takes control of your movements. And it gets worse and it’s really infectious. Get rid of it. Be an adult and go right to your worst and more harrowing fear, fight it and don’t let it have the reins anymore. This is the very first step to be on your way to a healthier and happier life. For you and for all people around you, family, children. They need you happy and strong. It’s all up to you.

My work and soul are focused on visceral effort. On the hunger of something better. The freedom of discipline. The righteousness of honesty and humbleness. The intense power of bowing down. The abruptness of finding your way to a safe place. The peace when you finally find it. That’s why I work on motivation, inner inspiration and self-empowerment.
