You have to continue making life easier for yourself. We have so many things on our plate, we just have to sit back and realize.
We have no time. We’re always busy and rushing. Too many things to do, we need more hours in the day. Every parent in the world can understand that but, sometimes, we are wasting our energy, health and productivity just for not stopping for a moment to think about how we are doing things.
For example, I know you are exhausted. But if you get to wake up just fifteen minutes earlier, so you can have a proper breakfast which provides you energy enough to start the day (nuts, yogurt, fruit, cereals,… anything you like), you will see the huge difference in how you approach the day.
Another important thing is to take care of your body. Stress and always worrying will make you sick, feel tired and have your muscles always in pain. Before you jump to the sofa when kids are sleeping (I perfectly understand) take ten minutes to do a little yoga or a light workout routine, just for stretching your back, silencing your mind. Just ten minutes will give you a huge improvement.
Diet and Nutrition
Choose healthy food which will help make your natural rhythm work better. Have a great breakfast, a lighter lunch and something like fruit or salad for dinner, so you can deeply sleep and wake up full of energy.
Drink water, don’t forget about that. But do forget about sugar, too little will give you headaches and fatigue.
Don’t Ignore the Signs
Although we are always running and have no time for killing workouts at the gym we can do little things to make the most of our body. When we reach a certain level of tiredness, we will not realize how bad and sick we are feeling, because our bodies are so strong that it just goes forward “hiding” the symptoms so you can keep stressing.
But when you start doing these little steps to give your body some fresh air, then you find out what really feeling good is like. When you get used to finding these moments, everything will in turn be much easier for you, because you’ll be filled with energy.
