How to Love Yourself | Tips for Empowerment

The mind of a woman is like a browser with a million tabs opened. Some of them feel comfortable with it, some turn out just crazy.

An intrinsic characteristic of women is that we do not like chaos. We just don’t. When our life (work, home, family, children…) gets out of control, we feel like a failure. And we cannot think about anything else. We just go down and feel terrible.

I can tell you, from this point on, your life is going to be a real chaos,  just because you lost the reins and the control.

My personal (very personal) advice is about margins. I mean, make it clear how much of a “mess” you are willing to accept in your life, work, and business. You can’t be always a heroine, although the media wants us to believe it. All day you are bombarded with athletic “fitness” women’s propaganda, amazing business ladies who earn all money you can’t even imagine, awesome homes, perfect cooks, fashion bloggers with millions of followers who seem to live a perfect life.

All of this stuff makes you look at yourself and think “I’m failing spectacularly”. No, don’t. Stop comparing. It’s great if your goal is to become one of them, but never feel bad for who you are. You have a story behind you, a fight, which has lead you right to where you are now. And you must be proud of it. Because it’s your way, and only yours.

You can always get better, try something new, meet different people, breathe in the fresh air. Accept yourself.

When you are finally loving yourself, then you will be able to start changing.

My work and soul are focused on visceral effort.
On the hunger of something better.
The freedom of discipline.
The righteousness of honesty and humbleness.
The intense power of bowing down.
The abruptness of finding your way to a safe place.
The peace when you finally find it.

That’s why I work on motivation, inner inspiration and self-empowerment.
