Sharing to Relieve Stress |

Stress and our busy mind slowly submit us in loneliness. Of course you are strong enough for dealing with your own struggles, but never underestimate the power of sharing those things that worry you with others.

Sometimes, you have the feeling that you are the only one doing it wrong, or without enough patience. It seems illogical because no one is always sure about everything, but we used to blame ourselves, and it turns into an introspection which is definitely not good at the end of the day.

Go outside, be a people person. Meet with other parents, perhaps at the same school, or at the park, maybe you can even join some hobby with someone. Share your experiences with them, what gives you trouble with your kids.

Then you will see you’re not alone, and you’re not the only one with doubts. Not at all! But it’s definitely difficult to open up to others. Go beyond your fears and take the first step. You will be surprised of how many people out there are willing to lend a hand, or even just listen to you.

So it will be good for your kids too, to feel you more calm and see you interact with other parents. Remember they do as you do, so it’s also a good lesson to teach them.

Get more social, release your mind and get rid of tons of stress.
